Christmas Deadlines

To ensure that your items are received by December 24th, your order must be placed and processed by 5 pm MST on:

Ground Shipping: December 13th
3 Day Shipping: December 20th
2 Day Shipping: December 21st
Overnight Shipping: December 22nd

Shipping

When ordering items from Simply Splendid, FedEx is used as the primary shipping provider. Delivery time and type depends on availability of FedEx service to your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on FedEx rates from our Utah location to the shipping address you provide. Most items are individually boxed and shipped. Shipping costs may also include handling fees, since many of our items are large or awkwardly shaped.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped according to the order in which they are received. Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. Most orders placed during business hours are shipped on the same day; however, some orders may take up to three business days to ship, depending on the availability of the items ordered.

Simply Splendid reserves the right to review all orders and/or verify shipping or billing information with the cardholder or card-issuing bank where it is deemed necessary. Orders requiring verification may be delayed or canceled.
